2021-2022 Subscription Renewals

We hope that you are taking the opportunity to enjoy your tennis again, now that the courts have re-opened.

Our new financial year starts shortly, and we hope you will renew your subscription to Ham & Petersham LTC.

We are keeping our subscription the same as last year:
Junior (Under 18) or Student: £35
Young Adults (aged between 19 and 28): £45
Adult: £90
Couples: £120
Family: £150

As you will know, we have a new court booking system, through MyCourts.co.uk, which came into operation last November. This has a built-in subscription renewal system which we are using.

To pay your subscription:

1. Go to the court booking website, https://tennishampetersham.mycourts.co.uk

2. Enter your user name and password and press Submit. (If you have forgotten your user name or password, please email webmaster@tennishampetersham.com and we will send you an email with your user name and a link for you to choose a new password).

3. Click on Membership Subscription (on left hand side of screen, bottom but one).

4. Click on Credit/Debit card Payment. Check the amount of the subscription is correct; if not please email webmaster@tennishampetersham.com

5. Continue to Payment and enter your debit or credit card details and make the payment.

PLEASE DO NOT pay (as in the past) by bank transfer to our bank; your payment won’t be automatically recognised by the court booking system, and your membership won’t be automatically renewed. Please do not pay by cheque or cash (for the same reason). If you do not have a debit or credit card, please contact us.

For joint membership (eg Family or Couples), one joint member can pay the total sum due, and the membership of other joint members is automatically renewed.

To ensure that our new membership system has the correct up to date details about you, please complete the attached 2021-2 Membership Form, and email it to webmaster@tennishampetersham.com (unless you have completed one of these forms since last November when the new system came into effect). This is requested even if you are a long-standing member. If you are a joint member (eg family member, couples), only one form needs to be sent in with details of all the joint members. This will help us check, update and correct the details we have on our new system about your membership. This is particularly important for Family members; we are finding differences between the names we have listed as Family members, and the actual Family members, and we need to correct/update these so all the family members can book courts and be selected as opponents.
